Where is a good place recommended for a American
Senior Citizen living abroad in Mexico in a Senior Citizen home with the same treatment as of the U.S for Healthcare for which they can afford in mexico but not as for in the U.S ?
I same on the internet a video of retirement places and nursing homes that they treat Americans same care as of U.S
a American cannot afford in the U.S but can in mexico ?
Retirement homes and nursing homes in Mexico are FAR below the standards in the U.S. AND… you don’t have MEDICARE or MEDICAID in Mexico so your part F or part D plans are worthless.
My next question would be, "how well do you speak Spanish"? Any nursing home in Mexico is NOT going to be AmeriKan speaking and it will be up to YOU to learn Spanish… because they are not going to learn AmeriKan just to satisfy your needs.
As for where the best place for AmeriKans to move to in Mexico… Guadalajara is the absolute BEST… the weather is the best in this Hemisphere and there is a very large AmeriKan Ex-pat community in that city. Also, the medical care in Guadalajara is probably the best of any place in Mexico.

I need to create a receipents rights form to include in the records of residents living in a senior citizen complex. I am a social worker.
Go to an existing complex and get a copy of what they use.

can someone with medicare part b (who is a senior citizen) receive medi-cal while living in orange county and not be part of cal optima
Absolutely. You may have to pay a Share of Cost, depending on your pension amount. My mother lives down there and I applied for her. IT is called Medi Medi.

Do you live in a Senior Citizen neighborhood? If you do, what are your thoughts? Do you like it? If you dont, do you live in a town that is full of them?
Just Curious
I am a Senior and I live right next door to a very large Senior community. The complex I live in is not a senior complex but is very close to being one.
It’s kind of sad to be away from the main stream of life. We don’t see many children at play or see families together. And estate sale sign are more common that garage sales.
Would much rather live near a diverse group of people of all ages.

Yes - Medicaid does cover many costs inclusive of housing costs in Assisted Living; Medicare does not [unless it is medically related and an authorized item]
For shortstuff….assisted living facilities and the like are REQUIRED to have x% of their beds deemed for Medicaid recipients.
